doTERRA Teaches a wonderful system of mentoring to support each leader as they learn and grow in the ranks of doTERRA.  There is great wisdom in working with your direct upline leader for a variety of different reasons.  Here are just a few:

1. By mentoring you, they can know in detail what’s going on with your team, and be a second set of eyes for you as you achieve your goals.

2. They can be a cheerleader for you as you rank advance and guide you in the best strategic way because they’ve been there before, and they’re personally invested in your success. 

3. You want to model duplication in your business, and by being mentored by your upline leader, your team will want to be mentored by you. Everyone mentors 3-6 people at a time. 

As one of your up-line leaders, I am happy to do a 20 minute mentoring call with anyone on my team once a quarter to support you in your goals.

STEP 1: Rank Planner

First, fill in this sheet at the rank you are presently at.  

Next, fill it in two ranks past the rank you're presently at.

This will give you an immediate visual map of how to get to your desired rank. Have each of your leaders do the same. 

STEP 2: Power of Three Bonus Sheet

First, fill in this sheet with only current qualifying Wellness Advocates who have a recurring Loyalty Rewards Order of 100 PV

Next, ask your leaders to do the same. This helps you have a quick visual of where you are as far as building a strong & solid organization. 

STEP 3: Monthly Class Planner

First, fill in this sheet at the beginning of each month with your personally scheduled classes for the following two months. Do each month on a separate page. 

Next, have each of your qualifying leaders do the same, and then with their leaders. You want three levels of personally scheduled classes

This provides you an immediate birds eye view of your most important classes needed to help everyone rank advance.
