This class is a follow up class to our Natural Solutions for Seasonal Threats.  In the previous class, we explored the various seasonal threats that we are susceptible to.  We learned and sampled what Natural Solutions we have at our fingertips and under our nose to stay healthy all year long.

During this class, we will briefly review which natural solutions you can use to support your immune and respiratory system.  We will then get to make two natural solutions to support your health.  Each participant will get to choose two natural solutions out of three or four options to make.  You will walk out of this class empowered to support your immune and respiratory system and so much more.
